Yes. All of our prices are in United States Dollars.

  • You can email your tax-exemption / reseller certificate to [email protected] along with your order and we would send you a special quote with tax removed.
  • Alternatively, if you register an account with us, we will update your account, so the tax is removed from all your future online orders.

Yes, we can provide special offers for bulk orders – please feel free to email us your requirements to [email protected] with the list of products and order quantity and we would prepare a special quote for you.
At EXL Medical we strive to process orders as fast as possible. If you have a last-minute addition to your order, please contact our customer service and we will check the status of your order and let you know if it is possible to add to it at that time.

EXL Medical offers payment terms for qualifying professional accounts. Please call customer service to request that your account be set to be invoiced. We will require a valid credit card to be kept on file for security.

If you wish to purchase by phone or email, contact our customer service by email at [email protected] or by phone at 1-877-290-3550 and we'll provide you with an account set up form to fill out and return.

Upon receiving your order from EXL Medical, please take a look at the invoice which comes with your package and make sure that everything listed on the invoice is in the package. Should an item be missing or if an incorrect item was sent, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

We have our products in stock at our warehouse in New York. Our products are manufactured here in the USA and India. The only item from China supplied by us is the face shield.

DELIVERY

If you order by 12:00 PM EST time (Mon.-Fri.) from anywhere in the continental United States, your order will ship on the same day. Orders placed after that time, will be shipped on the next business day.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number.
We are using ground shipping for the orders. Orders would be shipped from our warehouse in Ronkonkoma, New York and a tracking number will be provided on the same day.
For orders that are $100 and above, shipping is free, but for orders below the minimum amount, a shipping fee would be added. For details, please refer to our Shipping Policy
